Guest Speaker in the House!

Posted by Laura Losch on February 4, 2009

We were very honored to have Mr. Robert Arnett, author of India Unveiled and Finders Keepers, speak to some of the 7th grade Social Studies classes yesterday. Mr. Arnett is American, but spent many years traveling through India and photographing it’s beautiful scenery. He showed several pictures he took throughout his travels.

We have both of his books here in the library. India Unveiled, pictured above, has beautiful pictures in it that just seem to transform you to the country itself. If you have time, stop by and flip through this wonderful book. There are a couple of surprising pictures in there too – like the man who has buried his head under ground!

Thank you Mr. Arnett!
