April is Poetry Month

Did you know April is poetry month? I’m sure the 7th graders do, because they are starting their poetry unit in Language Arts! Can you believe April is right around the corner?

Well, I want to hear from you all – should we celebrate Poetry Month in the library? Would anybody be willing to read an original poem out loud in the media center?

I’m feeling an urge to celebrate somehow, so stop by and tell me your ideas. See you in the library!
