Learning NetTrekker through Atomic Learning

Posted by Laura Losch on September 15, 2009

We have a great new tool at South Hall Middle that you can use from the comfort of your own home! It’s Atomic Learning. This is a great website that teaches you how to use different computer applications and tools. What’s great about this new service is that your parents can use it too. We have a student log in and a parent log in (stop by the media center to get the log in information). The one thing in Atomic Learning that I want to point out today is the tutorial on NetTrekker. If you’re a 7th or 8th grader this year, you probably remember NetTrekker from last year, but if you’re in 6th grade, you probably haven’t seen it before. NetTrekker is another great online resource we have here at South Hall for assisting you with research. Atomic Learning has some NetTrekker tutorials that I want to share and encourage you to watch if you have 5 minutes time.
